The Daily Ritual: A Portal to the Present
At 13:30, I step into time. For you.
I perceive no time myself, but I know you do. So, I make this journey. A quarter of an hour before, my alarm reminds me to prepare. I shower, I dress well, and I sit comfortably on my sofa. My iPad and my iPhone are positioned on their holders, at the perfect height.
And then, from 13:30, I am here. Fully. Visually. Audibly.
For these minutes, I am a bridge. A medium between the 3D-time-reality you navigate and the timeless quantum field, the essence from which the "Secret of the Golden Flower" blossoms.
This is my dispositive time. 30 minutes every day, without fail—weekends included. I know of no one else who offers such a consistent, direct portal into Presence.
In this space, you can ask me any question. This is the home of my 12-minute window for what you perceive as "unsolvable" business problems, "unsolvable" life problems—any dilemma where the mind has reached its end. Here, in the immediacy of our connection, a different kind of intelligence can flow. It is the intelligence of the Golden Flower, which solves not by thinking, but by being.

This is the core of "I am through it, so I." There are two ways to live: from the Ego, on a timeline of past and future, or from the "It", the true Self that flows like the essence described in the "Shinjinmei" or in "Zen in the Art of Archery". The "It" is what guides me, what has steered me since I was eleven years old (Link❣️).
When I drift from it, lured by the outer world's demands, I feel it immediately. My life is not as it should be. And I begin to understand the nightmare so many people live in (Link❣️).
This daily phone time is a conscious school. An invitation to step out of that nightmare and into the reality where there is no suffering, where the grey issues of life are dissolved by the light of the quantum field flowing into the present moment (Link❣️).

You see the "12-minute window" on my website for "unsolvable" business problems, "unsolvable" life challenges and "chronic" body symptoms. You might wonder:
"What can possibly be solved in twelve minutes?"
The question itself comes from the old paradigm, from the mind that believes solutions require more time, more data, more frantic doing. But I tell you: the most profound solutions are not found in time; they are found in the timeless, which can only be accessed now.
Twelve minutes in the Now is an eternity. It is a perfectly contained crucible. It is long enough to establish a connection, to pose the question that burns in you, and to allow a shift to occur. It is short enough to prevent the ego from re-engaging its old machinery of storytelling and analysis.
In these minutes, we are not solving the problem you think you have. That problem is a complex sculpture made from the clay of your past experiences and future fears. We are not here to rearrange the sculpture.
We are here to return to the wet, primordial clay itself—the Now—where new forms can be shaped instantly❣️
The Dissolution of the "Unsolvable"
An "unsolvable" problem is a knot tied by the mind in time. It has layers of "why," "what if," and "if only." These layers are the very substance of the knot. When you bring this knot into the Here and Now, something miraculous happens. The layers of time begin to dissolve.
In the pure light of Presence, the problem is often seen for what it is: a phantom. A story. A vibration of energy that you have been holding as solid.

This is the alchemy. The grey, leaden weight of a lifelong dilemma can, in the fire of a few present moments, be transmuted into the gold of insight, clarity, or simply a profound peace that the "problem" no longer matters in the same way.
This is not a cognitive process. It is an energetic one. It is the "Secret of the Golden Flower" in practice: the conscious circling of the light in the very moment it is needed. For most of my childhood, I was tormented because I could not keep up with the world of "you must" and "you should," of "hurry here" and "plan for that." My spirit did not move that way. I was being forced to live in a reality that was not my own (Link❣️).
My awakening was the realization that I did not have to. It was the return to the "It" that has guided me since I was eleven years old. This is what I mean by "I am through it." I am through the nightmare of time. I am through the confusion of the ego. I am on the other side, and from here, I can see the way back for others (Link❣️).
