Every book has a story. This one has many.
It all began over 20 years ago at the Chair of Marketing at the University of Mannheim, where, during my PhD and my five years as a management trainer on Pfizer’s Advanced Management Programme, I found myself grappling with a question that would not let me go:

This question led me down a rabbit hole that traditional academia was not quite ready for. I began exploring the intersection of quantum physics, consciousness studies, and leadership development. I wrote papers with titles like "Beyond Einstein, Kahneman, and Nash" – attempting to extend the work of Nobel laureates into territories they had not imagined. I sent these papers to leading scientists around the world. The website traffic soared. But sustainable resonance? That was another story.
The scientific mind, I learned, is still deeply dualistic.
It celebrates measurement while mistrusting mystery. It seeks the unified field while ignoring the one who seeks.
And then I discovered something. Through authors like Matt Haig and Dan Brown – whose latest book "The Secret of Secrets" explores the brain as an antenna receiving consciousness rather than generating it [YouTube-Link] – I saw that people are ready for these ideas. But they need them in stories. In narratives. In journeys they can walk alongside.
Hence, Einstein.

Albert Einstein called the distinction between past, present and future a ‘persistent illusion’. [1]
- As an absolute flow: No. There is no objective progression of the present that applies to everyone❗️
- As a dimension: Yes. As part of space-time, time is real and measurable, but it does not flow in the way it feels to us in everyday life. [1]
Einstein’s reasoning: - The theory of relativity: Einstein proved that time is not absolute. It passes at different rates depending on how fast an object is moving or how strong the gravitational field is. There is no universal ‘now’ for the entire universe. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

People whose life wounds have driven them into an extreme, ‘seemingly hopeless’ state have one advantage: the exercises take effect very quickly for these ‘people who are at the absolute end of their tether’, because the path to the light lies within the wound itself. If you carry out the exercises in the individual chapters yourself and they do not immediately lead to the expected result: give yourself 100 days (= one cycle of neuroplasticity) and do the exercise for 15 minutes EVERY DAY, in the morning and/or in the evening.
