Abstract

The limitations of causal-deterministic models in science—particularly in fields like marketing, organizational theory, and social dynamics—have reached a critical juncture. Structural equation models, reductionist metrics, and instrumentalized constructs (e.g., "trust," "empathy") fail to capture the living, non-dual fabric of reality. This manifesto proposes a radical shift: a harmonic science that transcends causal rigidity by entangling the quantum field (the immanent, non-local realm of LIFE) with the causal field (the manifest realm of logic and linearity). Drawing from Daoist non-duality ("The Secret of the Golden Flower"), quantum coherence, and post-causal phenomenology, we outline a research agenda to heal the fragmentation between being and measurement, intuition (👉YouTube-Link❣️) and analysis.

I. The Flaw in Causal Instrumentalization

The crisis of modern science lies in its attempt to instrumentalize life—to reduce qualities like love, trust, or divine inspiration to manipulable variables. My own experiences in academia (e.g., under Prof. Homburg’s structural equation paradigm) revealed this rupture: when we force the quantum field’s living truth into causal proxies, we sever the golden thread connecting meaning to manifestation:

Physics/Consciousness Studies: Is the "Golden Flower" a phenomenological signature of quantum-topological folding—where the causal field’s "time" is merely a projection of the quantum field’s eternal present?
