Since I was 11 years old, I have been certain of one thing: our universe is a network of two fundamental spheres – the quantum field (non-causal, unmanifest) and the causal field (rational, linear). But what science still treats as opposites is in fact a cosmic breath:
- The quantum field is the source. This is where love, trust and synchronicity arise – the "golden blossoms" of infinite creation.
- The causal field is the stage. This is where commitment, logic and time take shape. But it is only an expression of the quantum field – not its master.
The crisis in science:
When I told my boarding school and university friend Florian Zettelmeyer, now one of the world's most renowned marketing professors, about my "A in the impossible physics exam" (which I passed through sudden insight, not calculation), I encountered a paradox:
Our minds resist the bridge between fields. Why? Because causality suggests control – but the quantum field demands surrender.

In that physics exam, something happened that I later recognised as a "breakthrough point": after an hour of despair, I suddenly saw all the solutions – not through thinking, but through transparency. My consciousness became a bridge:
- Quantum field: Sent the information holistically (like a dream image).
- Causal field: Translated it into formulas.
The lesson:

(For scientists, managers and anyone who is ready to cultivate the inexplicable)
1. Days 1–7: Invite the quantum field
- Morning ritual (10 min.):
- "What rational construct (e.g., market growth) is tormenting us? What emotional construct (e.g., fear of losing control) is paralysing us?"
- Instead of discussing it, visualise them as two trees whose roots are connected underground.
- Key action: Write down dream fragments or random conversations from the day – they are messages from the field.
2. Day 8–14: Building the bridge
- Evening ritual (7 minutes):
- Share a specific situation where you feel torn between logic and gut feeling.
- Instead of looking for solutions: "What would the golden flower do here?" (The flower symbolises non-separating intelligence.)
- Breakthrough signal: When a team member suddenly says something "nonsensical" (e.g., "Let's sing!"), follow the impulse.
3. Days 15–21: Receive the new order
- Closing ceremony:
- Put all the notes, sketches and "coincidences" from the last few weeks on a table.
- Without words, arrange them intuitively – does a pattern emerge 💮❓
- Initiation: Say together: "We are not creators, but guests of the cosmos❣️"
💡 The science behind it:
- Harmonious entanglement: Like quantum particles, teams develop non-local connectedness (→ Labroos awe research) – but it must be ritualised in order to overcome the causal field.
- The Harvard experiment: Similar groups (21 days of meditation + intentional openness) showed 23% more creative solutions to seemingly "unsolvable" problems.

My mentor knew: "Those who do not invite life are building on sand." His "SAMBA approach" was not a method – it was an initiation into the rhythm of creation.

1. Humility
- Recognise: Your ego is not the creator – it is a conduit.
- Exercise: Write down your most important decision – then burn the piece of paper with the words: "I know nothing."
2. Breakthrough
Example: My master's thesis at the Swiss company New Sulzer Diesel (development of a long-term technology strategy for large diesel engines for tankers) together with my mentor, strategy consultant Klaus Wernigk, and leading creative minds at Swatch (who developed the first Swatch long BEFORE Hayek together with my mentor) in the Swiss Jura – only through creative chaos did the solution emerge beyond the realm of imagination❣️
3. Eden
- The daily miracle:
- When you wake up in the morning and think,
"The world is perfect" – even though it seems "objectively" broken.
That's not positive thinking – it's transparency for the quantum field❣️
🏛️ The new science: post-causal research
1. Don't research love/trust – research from within them.

I ask my friend, Prof. Dr. Florian Zettelmeyer, to compare two groups of doctoral students:
